Great question! First, the annual cost of hiring a full-time senior-level designer is now well over $150,000AU, plus perks. By choosing Interaction Design, you could save over $80,000.
Additionally, finding a great full-time UX UI designer is becoming increasingly difficult due to the growing demand for UX UI expertise.
You may not always have enough work to keep them busy, leaving you to pay for a designer who you can't fully utilise. With an Interaction Design monthly membership, you'll receive a similar, if not better experience to having a full-timer, and you can pause and resume your membership as often as you need. This ensures you only pay for your designer when you have work available for them.
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design task requests to your backlog as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one. Currently, we don't offer multiple tasks at the same time as we're a small team and believe in focused high quality work.
Yes! You will be able to communicate directly with your lead UX UI designer on the membership plan. The average response time is within a few hours, Monday - Friday.
Interaction Design is a small team of highly qualified UX UI designers. At this time we're 3 people however, you'll work directly with our lead UX UI designer who will deliver about 90% of all the work. Small easy to complete tasks may be given to other designs. This helps improve speed of delivery and ensure we're focused on providing a super high quality of work across all aspects of UX, UI and webflow development.
All of your design requests are designed using Figma (owned by Adobe). Websites are created with Webflow.
Totally fine! We'll continue to iterate until you're 100% happy.
That's all good! Simply pause your subscription when finished and return to us when you have further design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Unlike some other services we are open to providing a full or partial refund if we feel that expectations weren't met. We want all our customers to be beyond happy with the result and strive to maintain our excellent brand reputation.
